Hi! I'm Jordan. And I think you can do the thing!

What is the thing?
Maybe you want to be in less pain.
Maybe you want to feel stronger.
Maybe you want your joints to feel more stable or move more.
Maybe you want to do a handstand.
Maybe you don’t even know what the thing is yet but you have this feeling…
I want to help you achieve your goals by following the wisdom your body already has. There is no “right” way to move. Let’s find your way!
Jordan has been the single most helpful person in my recent journey of learning to live and move in a hypermobile body. In fact, she was my link to even understanding that this was contributing to my pain and other body mysteries I've been living with for a long time. She is so highly knowledgeable about the wide range of influences that impact our experience of our own bodies: basic body mechanics, hypermobility, neurodivergence, and so many other factors. She has worked with me and my daughter (both of us are neurodivergent) and has met us with the joyful, open and hopeful presence of a coach and friend and has provided new pathways toward health for us. Thank you Jordan!

Jordan is one of few coaches that I will trust with keeping my body safe. They know how to listen deeply — a skill that not many coaches/people have — and meet you where you are, without judgement. They are supremely knowledgeable about the human body, but more than that, they are a master of teaching. They are able to break down complex skills into bite size pieces and help you learn at whatever pace, and in whichever way, works best for you. A true gem

As a hypermobile and neurodivergent athlete, Jordan did a spectacular job at meeting my needs while helping me address some persistent gaps in my movement practice that were holding me back from advancing my acrobatic skills. She gave me skill progressions that made sense to my body, maintained a joyful and exploratory learning environment, and I always left each session feeling positive about my progress. I can’t recommend her enough as a coach, trainer, and movement professional!

I lost my core somewhere in my 30s. Since I couldn’t go back to find it, I had to build a new one. Jordan started by guiding me through tiny movements to regain mobility and she taught me how to understand the mechanics of my joints and muscles. Jordan tailors each session based on my feedback and we’ve slowly added more full-body exercises as we’ve reconnected things to my core. We’ve already made a ton of progress and I find myself taking a different approach to movement and posture in my everyday life.

Jordan and I worked together on handstands during the pandemic before vaccines were available. I was recovering from a brain injury and had a lot of difficulty with screens, but since virtual instruction was our only available option, Jordan worked with my disability. She used descriptive language with me so I could move body without having to look at the screen. She taught me how to pay attention to my muscles and form, making tiny adjustments along the way so I could build strength and tap into strength I didn't know I had. She was patient and encouraging, and she helped me understand that progress is always happening, even when it feels like it isn’t.
